Every system, ready for AI.

Databases, APIs, business applications, and legacy systems, including the ones with no MCP server, connected once and used by every AI you allow.

Gap

Most of your systems have no MCP server. Bazinga doesn’t need one.

The systems a business runs on weren’t built for AI. Some vendors will ship MCP servers and many won’t. Either way, Bazinga lets you build the tools your AI needs, across systems, under one set of rules.

  • No MCP server.

The finance database, the case system, the app built in-house: nothing lets AI reach them.

  • Built for one system.

A vendor’s MCP server covers its own product. Onboarding a customer takes the CRM, the contract, and the ERP together.

  • One per system.

Separate servers can mean separate sign-ins, permissions, and logs to manage.

One layer for every system. One set of rules for every AI.

Reach

Reach any system, the way it already works.

A ready-made connector where one exists. The system’s own database or API where it doesn’t. Each connection is set up once, and any number of tools can use it.

  • Databases, directly.

SQL Server natively, and other databases through standard ODBC drivers: tables, views, and queries.

  • Any API.

REST or SOAP, JSON or XML, with client certificates for mutual TLS where a system asks for them.

  • Ready-made connectors.

Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Twilio, Stripe, Amazon Web Services, and more.

  • Files and spreadsheets.

Excel, CSV, and FTP, for the teams and systems that still run on them.

  1. Connect the system.

Once, by the people who run it.

  2. Build the action.

“Get customer,” not a raw API call.

  3. Switch it on.

As a tool, for the roles you choose.

  4. Ask for it.

From Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot Studio.

Live

Data stays where it lives.

Connecting AI shouldn’t mean moving your databases or building another copy of them. Bazinga asks the system of record when the question is asked, and returns only what the action is built to return.

  • Read where it lives.

Bazinga queries the system at the moment AI asks, so answers reflect today, not last night’s copy.

  • Copied only when you choose.

When a local copy is the right answer, imports merge new and changed records on a schedule you set.

  • Your own data, too.

What no system holds, like a review case or a register kept in a spreadsheet, can live in Bazinga itself.

Model

No system for that data? Create one.

Some of what AI needs to track lives nowhere yet. Model it in Bazinga, and AI works with it through the same actions and controls as everything else.

  • Drawn, not coded.

Define records, fields, and relationships in a visual data model. The database tables are created for you.

  • Ready for AI at once.

A new data set gets the same look-up and change actions as any connected system, switched on when you choose.

  • Governed from the start.

Decide who can see and change each record. Every action AI takes on it is logged: who asked, and what happened.

For example: AI spots a price mismatch on a supplier invoice, opens a review case in Bazinga, and assigns it to Finance, where it stays on the record until someone closes it.

Legacy

The systems you can’t replace become agent-ready.

The oldest system often holds the most valuable data. Bazinga gives AI a safe way to work with it, without waiting for a replacement project.

Workflow Contract

Get customer

Reference → Customer

  • TodayLegacy database ODBC
  • Next yearNew CRM REST API
  • No changes to the old system.

Bazinga reaches it through its database or its service, so no one has to touch code nobody wants to touch.

  • Replace it later, behind the scenes.

A Workflow Contract names what AI needs, like “get customer.” When the system behind it changes, the action doesn’t.

  • Inside your network.

Bazinga can run beside the system, on your own servers, so the old system never has to be opened to the internet.

Protect

Credentials never reach the AI.

The people responsible for a system set up its connection, centrally. The AI only ever sees the actions built on top of it.

  • The AI never holds a password.

AI calls actions. Bazinga holds the connection, so no credential ever reaches a prompt or a model provider.

  • Encrypted at rest.

Every connection value is stored encrypted, and secret fields stay masked on screen.

  • Tested before use.

Confirm a connection works before any tool depends on it.
