Agentic AI platform
Build AI agents in Bazinga.
AI agents, chat widgets, and AI apps, built and run inside Bazinga. Already a customer? Nothing changes: same plans, same prices, same sign-in.
Customers
Already building on Bazinga? Nothing changes.
Bazinga now also connects the AI assistants people already use to an organization’s systems. That’s a new product. The platform you build your agents on stays exactly as it is.
Same plans, same prices.
Your plan, its limits, and its price stay exactly as they are.
Same sign-in.
Your agents, apps, and data live at app.bazinga.ai, where they always have.
Same team.
The people who onboarded you still support you, and the platform keeps improving.
Build
Two ways to build AI in Bazinga.
Start with an agent that answers and acts. Grow into an application that runs a whole process.
AI Agents
Chat agents with your knowledge and your actions.
An agent learns from your websites and documents, acts through ready-made workflows, and talks to people on a Bazinga page, a chat widget on your site, or through the API.

Complete AI applications, without code.
A help desk, a quote generator, a system that reads long documents: build pages and workflows with more than 200 actions, connect your systems, and pick from over 30 AI models.

Need Bazinga on your own infrastructure, with single sign-on and an SLA? That’s Enterprise AI. See Enterprise →
Which one
Bring your own AI, or build one here?
Bazinga does both. The question is where the AI your people talk to lives.
Agentware
Your people already use an AI assistant.
They work in Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft 365 Copilot, and you want that AI to do real work in your systems, within each person’s role, on the record.
One MCP server for your systems →Agentic AI platform
You want an AI agent of your own.
A support agent on your website, an assistant your customers talk to, or an AI application your team runs, built and hosted in Bazinga.

Questions
What customers ask.
I already use Bazinga. Does anything change for me?
No. Your plan, your price, your agents, and your sign-in at app.bazinga.ai all stay the same. Agentware is a new product beside the Agentic AI platform, not a replacement for it.
What is the difference between an AI Agent and an AI App?
An AI Agent is a chat interface: it receives a message and answers with the knowledge and actions it was given. An AI App is a complete system that solves a business problem, such as a help desk, a quote or contract generator, or a system that extracts data from long documents.
Do I need to code?
No. A basic agent can be running in about ten minutes. More involved applications are built without code too, and most take two to four weeks. Our partners can build one for you.
Is AI usage included?
Usage of the built-in model is included. To use models from OpenAI, Azure, AWS, or Google, bring your own key, and you pay the provider directly.
Where is my data stored?
In Bazinga’s AWS cloud, and sent to the AI models you configure. With Enterprise AI, Bazinga runs on your own infrastructure, so you decide where every piece of data goes.
What happens when an agent reaches its limit?
It stops answering and returns a message instead. Bazinga alerts you as usage approaches each threshold, so you can move to a larger tier or limit use before that happens.
